I just thought it would be important to point out how much space I’ve actually recovered on that 5 TB (Terabyte) array that I was deduplicating.
220 GB Recovered. I’d like to think that’s a pretty serious number. Now keep in mind this doesn’t include deleting the junk that’s on it. I’ll be getting to that. Realistically, I should be looking at a 10-20% savings in space when I’m done.
